Series II by Yvon Photo Post Cards +Original Intact Army Photo WOW
Up for auction is a set of post card photographs of
Versailles
France
by Yvon that my Uncle bought when he was in the Army in World War II.
True memorabilia and a souvenir he could easily take into battle with him. I am also including my Uncles Army Photograph.

Size is 5 1/2 x 3 ½ inches
·
They are black and white and have a mat finish
·
They are in the original binder by “Yvon”
·
There are 21, a few are duplicates.
·
The names of the room sites are listed on the opposite side of the photo.
·
The postcard photos are in very good condition despite the age…over 70 yrs.
They have no rips, tears, or crimps…they are yellowed and the edges show very slight wear.
·
The photo binder cover does have a crimped edge on the backside with wear spots and stains, the binder outer edges are worn as it was carried in a backpack for months.
·

None of the Postcards were written on….just kept as a souvenir.
My Uncles Army photo is original 3 ¼ x 5 ¼ in size, …his name is written on the back and the photo has slightly yellowed otherwise in remarkably good condition.
Please ask any questions, I do the best to describe my items accurately and honestly.
