    This item is new but missed receiving the snap at the neck and a mark near the neckline indicating an alteration is needed,  so I am selling it as defective. Lace bodice with glittered accents, sequin trim, mock turtle neck. This costume leotard is made by Wolff Fording so you know the quality is excellent, it retails for .
