Rare historical Titanic postcard sent just One Month after the iconic disaster.
Postmarked and date on back.   See enlargeable images above and below.. Excellent condition with great images of Captain Smith and the grandiose cruise liner along with the Titanic Band's lyrics they played as the ship was sinking. .

TITANIC Ultra-Rare Used  MEMORIAL Postmarked Dated on  May 30, 1912, Postmarked , Near Mint to Mint Condition. Postage stamp removed, but bold paostmark remains flawless!
This postcard was actually used and bears the date on the reverse of May 30, 1912, one month after the tragic event. This is one of the reasons why this particular card is so rare. In addition to that, its rarity is enhanced by the fact that is in such excellent condition.   And although there have been very few others that have surfaced on the market  this is ONLY one we could find that is Postmarked and was actually processed through  the postal system in May 1912.

Edward John Smith (27 January 1850 – 15 April 1912) RD, RNR was a British naval officer. He served as master of numerous White Star Line vessels. He was the captain of the RMS Titanic, and perished when the ship sank on its maiden voyage.
The ship's eight-member orchestra was not on the White Star Line's payroll but was contracted to White Star by the Liverpool firm of C.W. & F.N. Black, which at that time placed musicians on almost all British liners. They were said to be playing
"Nearer My God To Thee" as the 'unsinkable' ship was sinking. They all perished in the catastrophe.
RMS Titanic sank in the early morning hours of 15 April 1912 in the North Atlantic Ocean, four days into her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York City.
