This is a very nice piece of history.   Considering its age it is in very good condition.  The brochure appears to be a promotion for radio Switzerland .   There are a few rubs and mild scratches and some discoloration due to oxidation and age. Overall this looks good.
I have been hired by the kindest couple to help relocate them down south.  During the estimate they asked me if I knew anyone who sold stuff.  After the question I became their mover and re-seller.   I am truly grateful.  I have a bunch of great items to sell.  If your into old items, be sure to follow me.
