    My dear Sir -
I am sending you a ticket - which I secured through your office in Rome Italy - from Rome to London. After reaching Bale, I went to Berlin and came by another to Paris. You will see that the unused portion of the ticket was torn out. It was done by the gate man in
Paris. If you can refund this unused portion please send it to my address in Washington, c/o of The White House. I am enclosing my card of identification. If it is contrary to your rules or the regulations of the railroads please don't worry about the matter.
    Very Sincerely
    Archibald W Butt
