This listing is for a Wolff-Fording Laser Sequin Fringe skirt, 5" length and the waist is 32"and stretches to 36". Color is Pistachio which is a mint green.  The waistband is silver hologram and the actual fringe is interspersed with smaller sequins throughout the fringe.
Note that this skirt has to be pinned to the leotard or costume with a little overlap so keep this in mind when ordering.
