    Description

    Lot of 8 of these hair or hat decorations. The fabric is a glittered tulle and it is sort of a loopy poof. I didn't pull the poof out but you can and it will look like it does on the model's hat. Each of these sold individually at 3.50 each so the value of this is around . I have the matching tutus and skirts listed in other listings. 7004-5
