Made in the USA! I have two of these clamps available. Price is for each. They are new, never used and the levers have been tested. Nothing is seized, everything works just as it should. Both clamps have some scratches/chips in the paint but the damage is minimal and purely cosmetic. It was caused from them being moved around in a warehouses is all. They are for 12" pipe. Shipping is available for the lower 48 states only
