    Description

    New 5.5" RED Fringe Skirt with 2 inch Red flat sequin waistband.  This skirt has to be pinned on to the costume or just sew the sequin band to itself for a slip on skirt. Length of the sequin is 19" and stretches to 24".  Total length of skirt including the waistband is 6.5".  The white thread that you see near the bottom of the skirt keeps it neat while in storage or while you're sewing it.  You just pull it off before wearing.
