Matte Green American Art Pottery Vase Catalina California Gladding McBean.  So straight to the obvious. There is a spot of darker glaze on the top rim. It is glaze, not paint. It looks as though there was a factory chip which was glazed over at the factory. On the back side of the dark spot is a tiny chip. Otherwise the vase is in very good condition. No cracks or other chips noted. The vase is 9" tall.
