J.L. MOTT 1890’s CAST IRON HARNESS HANGER BRIDLE RACK ANTIQUEThe cast iron harness tack hanger bracket is by J.L. Mott of New York an iron works from 1828 to 1907, after which they moved to Trenton, New Jersey. The brackets are marked “J.L. Mott Ironworks NY.” The J.L. Mott Ironworks and J.W. Fiske were the premier makers of cast iron tack room accessories like this bracket. The bracket measures 11-1/4” x 8-1/4” x 6”. The condition is excellent, original paint has wear from use, but still looks great. No breaks in the metal, mounts with 4 screws, ready to be used in your tack room.
