1977 Sears Wish Book Christmas Season Catalog W/ Mailing Sleeve Southern Edition

Minor storage damage  but EXCELLENT for it's age! Due to the minor damages, I don't really want to call it new but it's never been looked through, it has remained in the original mailing sleeve this whole time until I maneuvered it out to assess the very slight moisture damage/discoloration on the back.which has only discolored a few pages slightly and the back cover. None of them are stuck together or torn. Still has the 10% discount leaflet and original order form inside and only minor storage damage at the corners and edges. You can very easily tell when opening it that it hasn't been gone through. Very stiff at the bound edge from lack of use. Please view all photos carefully as they are the primary description.
